A thriving 500-bed hospital located on the Central California Coast are seeking a 3rd OB/GYN Physician to practice out of a new clinic. This position allows you to join a "start-up" practice in a beautiful, coastal community with a strong need for OB and Women's Health.

The Position:

• 500-bed Hospital averages 2,000 deliveries per year and has a Level III, 23-bed NICU, and 2 Da Vinci Robots

• Practice alongside 2 OB/GYN's, Midwives, NP's, MA's, and Laborist's

• 4.5-day work week with dedicated admin time, call is back-up only as full-time Laborist's take first call

• Compensation package includes a Never-Ending Base Salary with quality-of-life and production incentives into the $300-400K range

• Temporary Housing Stipends up 6 months, $300K Housing Loan, Sign-on/Relocation up to $50K, Full Benefits + PTO, and more
